Debra Kelly Creative Director, International Makeup Artist and leading Educator is known and respected for her experience in makeup, airbrush makeup, hair, styling and design with an impeccable eye for detail.  With over 15 years of travelling and working in Europe, North America and Asia, her passion for travel, culture and people has influenced her aesthetic and desire to share her knowledge and expertise in t he makeup industry.  Her love for beautiful things, creating beauty and making people feel beautiful through her craft comes instinctively and naturally and reflected and shared through the love of makeup and visual design.

A communicator on many platforms Debra has a unique ability in discovering and developing hidden talent with her warm, nurturing nature and authenticity with many becoming successful in their chosen field. With an innate ability to establish relationships and connect artists with opportunity, Debra has established many influential global relationships providing a vessel for artists and companies to connect and liaise creating a path of success.  A believer in giving and sharing Debra relishes the role as Educator/Mentor and has guided many artists to pursue their passions.

The Champagne & China Cups Studio is a intimate studio located  in the beautiful, tranquil location of the Dandenong Ranges – Olinda. We cater for small and large bridal parties and or special occasion groups for day, weekend or destination experiences to make your wedding or event that little bit extra special.  The studio experience is delivered with elegant decor and comfort with professional hair and makeup stations, lounge area, kitchenette and a extensive prop hire and styling wardrobe.

Services are welcomed for onsite, mobile and destination occasions with extended services offered via our recommended vendor page inclusive of floral paper design, vintage hire, stylised photoshoots, celebrant, florists and photographers.
